Original Downpour IsleKnit Kit
This kits contains everything you need to knit your own Original Downpour Hat as well as some wristwarmers. An intermediate knowledge of knitting and knitting in the round is required for this pattern, it is a good pattern to begin the fair isle journey with. Kit contains the following:-
Jamiesons of Shetland 25g Eesit x 2, (6g) Eclipse x 1, (6g) Cobalt x 1, (6g) Splash x 1

My Inspiration
Designed around the release of the North Uist Distillery Co. gin, Downpour, in Summer 2019, this pattern was inspired by the label as well as the all too frequent downpours that occur on the island and can easily catch you out, depending on the wind direction!
